Grattan flourished in real estate as a Broker Associate at Realty World, but eventually would open his own boutique service brokerage: Donahoe & Associates. By developing and implementing an aggressive business plan Grattan was able to triple his sales volume within 1 year of opening Donahoe & Associates Realty.
Grattan Donahoe began his real estate career over a decade ago working as marketing director and executive assistant to two highly recognized brokers in the Temecula Valley. After one year of spearheading proven marketing techniques Grattan received his license and became an even more valuable member of the team by generating sales of his own. Grattan?s contribution helped his three-person team accomplish several consecutive years of top sales honors.
Grattan currently lives in Temecula (CA) with his wife Sarah and their two pugs. Grattan and Sarah are locally involved with charities sponsoring local animal shelters as well as a local private school for children with special needs. In his spare time Grattan enjoys traveling with his wife, surfing and playing guitar.
