Mahlon Tobias is a 20+ year resident of Southern California and a graduate of the University of California, Riverside. Mahlon comes from Enterprise Fleet Services (a Fortune 500 company) where he enjoyed a successful 5 year career; 3 of those years as a National Top 5 performer.
Thanks to years of personal experience with top-tiered business-to-business transactions, Mahlon has solidified his market presence in the commercial investment and land sectors, with a particular emphasis along the I-215 (FWY) and I-15 (FWY) corridors. Over the past four years Mahlon has been directly involved in closing land and building transactions in excess of $60 MM.
Mahlon has separated himself from the pack by subscribing to a work smart ethic and surrounding himself with motivated forward thinkers. Mahlon currently lives in Temecula (CA) with his wife Shannon, son Ethan and daughter Aubrey. In his spare time Mahlon enjoys golf, spending time with his family, and traveling to his vacation home near Tamarindo, Costa Rica.
