Robert Ryan specializes in working closely with commercial and industrial developers to satisfy their real estate needs. Mr. Ryan's A to Z approach includes site selection, master planning through vertical construction, successful sales and/or lease up and asset disposition. He stays actively in search for investment opportunities for his client base and works well to satisfy their 1031 exchange requirements. A few recent accomplishments include representation in the successful sale of more than 100 acres of industrial property for LandVest Development LLC, based in Carlsbad, CA; as well as managing the presales, for two Medical / Office Condominium projects in Palmdale and Hesperia, totaling 90,000 + square feet.
Ryan has more than 30 years of management experience in the Construction, Development and Real Estate industries. His success is attributed to his unique ability to quickly assess and satisfy the individual needs of each client, as well his vast knowledge of market research that enables him to strategically determine the best locations for project success.
Among his numerous career achievements, Ryan served as the Director of Acquisitions for Diamond Central Investors LLC where he was also responsible for the entitlement and permitting of their mixed use office and industrial developments. Ryan has also contributed to and overseen the exponential growth and expansion of several industry-related companies, including a 350 percent increase in revenue while serving as Vice President of Business Development for Keeton Construction, a leading Southern California general contracting firm.
Additional experience includes having served as national sales manager for Canadoil Lt.d, an energy-related international company, with offices in New York, NY; Quebec, Canada; and Valencia, Venezuela. During his tenure with the firm, he was responsible for initiating business relationships with such high-profile international engineering / constructors as Bechtel Corporation, Fluor Daniel Inc., and Ralph M. Parsons Company. These three clients alone have combined annual revenues in excess of thirty billion dollars.
Ryan was educated at Indiana University in Bloomington, Ind., where he received his bachelor of arts degree in business/psychology. He continued his post graduate education through the MBA program at Indiana Central College in Indianapolis. In addition, he holds his State of California real estate license.
