In the past five years our team has brokered well over 100 transactions totaling more than $150,000,000 in closings, and has consistently outperformed our previous years? numbers since 2004. We are trained and familiar with tracking systems such as REOTrans, RESNet, IndyMac Value Tracker, PAS Agent Portal and DispoSolutions, have a Cash for Keys success rate that exceeds 90%, and carry numerous designations including REOTrans Platinum Certification, National Valuations Standards Institute certification and REO Default Certified Professionals. We also have full time team members designated for the various stages of the REO process including a Pre-Marketing Director, Marketing Director, Transaction Coordinator, Property Manager, and Billing Director.
